Quick Export

One shortcut sends the current note to your chosen destination.

Design intent: Make it as easy as possible to collaborate with other note apps to encourage permanent note-taking elsewhere. Antinote should be a companion to them, not competition.

Turn destinations on and off in Settings > Export > Destinations — every enabled destination appears as an export command in the File menu.

  • One-shortcut export or send to your dedicated notes app.
  • Pick any enabled destination as the "Quick Export destination" in Settings > Export (or None). Disabling a destination clears it as the Quick Export target.

  • ⌘ + S — Quick export

  • Quick Export destination — None | any enabled destination
  • Omit keyword in exported notes — On | Off
  • Use first line of note as title — On | Off
